Provides program and fiscal monitoring and technical assistance through a contract with the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Community Health and Prevention to IDHS funded Maternal and Child Health Programs in Cook County. Agency training, contract compliance, and quality assurance are key areas of assistance. Services are provided to 60 community-based health and social service agencies.
