Child, Youth and Family Services' mission is to empower children, youth and their families to develop stability and self-reliance by enhancing their education, health, safety and connections to their community.

Our services cover: Child development centers, after school care, services to pregnant and parenting teens, child and family counseling, child welfare programs, case management for maternal & child health.

  • 95% of the 203 families impacted by abuse or neglect remained intact while staff worked to ensure the safety and well-being of children, address issues of risk and prevent the need for foster care through our Intact Family Services Program

  • Adoption Preservation Services stabilized and strengthened 98% of 127 adoptive families presented with potential family unit disruptions

  • 89% of 266 teen parents enrolled in our Arts of Living Program either graduated high school or advanced to the next grade. 93% of 1-year-old children of participants met developmental milestones

  • 1,111 children ages six weeks to 5 years old attended nine of our Child Development Centers. 95% of 3 to 5 year olds and 96% of 0 to 3 year olds met or exceeded cognitive milestones
