Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program

We provide coupons to low-income seniors that can be exchanged for eligible food items at farmer’s markets, roadside stands, and community-supported agriculture programs.

Coupons are distributed on a first come, first serve basis through eight distribution sites and over 120 outreach sites, including senior residences. Other services include nutrition education and health and social service referrals.
