15th Annual Catholic Charities Thanksgiving Lunch
Tuesday, November 20, 2018 by Communications

Every 30 seconds someone counts on Catholic Charities for help and Thanksgiving Day is no exception.

Monsignor Michael Boland, President of Catholic Charities, and more than 40 volunteers will serve a full Thanksgiving feast at the 15th Annual Catholic Charities Thanksgiving lunch. The traditional Thanksgiving Day meal is served to more than 200 homeless men, women and families on Thanksgiving Day.

In addition to the Thanksgiving Day feast, Catholic Charities serves an evening supper to 130 homeless men, women and children five nights a week at its downtown headquarters in River North and to thousands of more individuals at weekly suppers throughout the Chicagoland region. All food is donated for the meals and served by volunteers from various organizations.
